 st 25’ and will be held in West Ham Park on Sunday\, 13th July\, between
  1pm and 6 pm.\n 	You have kindly agreed to deliver an afternoon of childr
 en’s cricket coaching.\n 	We will include this in our publicity and prom
 otional material for the event\, possibly using ‘… have a go at cricke
 t with Capital Kids Cricket’\n 	The coaching will take place on the arti
 ficial pitches and the cricket nets will be available as well. Ricky can
  you arrange for these to be blocked booked for that afternoon please.\n 	
 We agreed you would need vehicle access to the Park’s service yard on Up
 ton Lane\, with equipment transported to and from the pitches by park staf
 f. This would be before 1.00 and after 6.00pm\n
