The 15th William Greaves Trophy Final

One of our biggest events of the year, the William Greaves Trophy Final, is just on the horizon as we head to the MCC Academy, Lord’s, on Thursday (23rd March 2023) for a thrilling day of primary school cricket. 

Since 2008, the William Greaves Trophy, now one of the largest indoor primary school cricket competitions in the UK, has provided an opportunity for boys and girls from London state schools to play together, represent their schools, and, for those who make it to the finals, take part in a memorable day at the MCC Academy, Lord’s. 

To add to the experience, the Mayor’s from each borough being represented will be in attendance on the day to cheer their teams on along with the parents/carers of the children taking part. 

The eight state primary schools who have made it through this year are:

Shacklewell Primary School (Hackney)

Pimlico Primary School (Westminster)

Little Ealing Primary School (Ealing)

Latchmere Primary School (Kingston)

Greenleaf Primary School (Waltham Forest)

Elmhurst Primary School (Newham)

Rokesly Junior School (Haringey)

St Joan of Arc School (Islington)
