Evening with Nasser Hussain OBE
We are delighted to announce our upcoming ‘Evening with Nasser Hussain OBE’ event on 14th September 2023.
Join us, and a host guests, at Guildhall for an evening of cricket talk with the former England Captain, current Sky Cricket commentator, and CKC President.
The evening will feature Scyld Berry running a Q&A with Nasser that will provide insight into his illustrious career on the field, as well as behind the scenes stories of his numerous tours, and his reflections on the summer of cricket. The evening will be conducted by Sussex CCC Chairman and CKC Trustee, John Barclay.
On the evening we will be launching a new programme called “Clubs in Need”. The programme designed to support cricket clubs verge of collapse due to various reasons or required support in coaching, outreach, community engagements etc.
We would like to extend a special thank you to Munsur Ali, Chairman of the Culture, Heritage and Libraries Committee for the City of London, who will be hosting us at Guildhall for the evening.
In addition, light refreshments will be available throughout and there will be an opportunity for guests to meet with and have photos with Nasser.
