Elliott Davis T20 Asia Blaze Draw Successfully Held at Memsaheb on Thames
The Elliott Davis T20 Asia Blaze group draw took place on Thursday, 27th April 2017, at Memsaheb on Thames, located at 65–67 Amsterdam Road, London E14 3UU. The event ran from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with the official draw starting promptly at 7:00 PM.
The evening saw the confirmation of group placements and fixtures for the tournament’s third edition, marking another successful milestone in the competition’s growth. We extend our gratitude to Elliott Davis Properties, the main sponsor, for their continued support, and thank all the team sponsors whose contributions have helped make the T20 Asia Blaze possible for the third year running.


Elliott Davis T20 Asia Blaze Delivers Double Cricket Action Ahead of ICC Champions Trophy 2017
A thrilling day of cricket unfolded during the Elliott Davis T20 Asia Blaze 2017, as young talents from two major cricketing nations faced off in a highly anticipated match. The encounter served as a symbolic prelude to the senior teams’ clash in the ICC Champions Trophy 2017, building excitement and national pride among supporters.
In a parallel match, England took on Bangladesh, echoing the opening fixture of the Champions Trophy and adding to the day’s cricket spectacle.
The event, held at Hainault, offered fans the chance to enjoy two high-quality games free of charge, drawing a vibrant crowd and delivering an afternoon of exciting, youth-driven cricket. Special thanks go to Sajid Patel bhai of NCL for producing the event leaflet and helping promote a memorable day for the cricket community.
Exciting Cricket Showdown at London International 6’s and T20 Asia Blaze Finals
Capital Kids Cricket and London Tigers successfully hosted the 7th edition of the annual London International 6-a-Side competition finals day, bringing together men’s, women’s, and junior teams for two action-packed days of cricket. The 2017 edition marked the debut of the Junior 6’s, with both boys’ and girls’ teams participating—highlighting a growing commitment to youth and gender-inclusive sport.
The preliminary rounds were held on Monday, 14th August 2017 at Hackney Marshes and Leyton County Ground from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, followed by the semi-finals and finals at Leyton County Ground from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The day concluded with a lively presentation ceremony at 7:30 PM, celebrating the standout teams and players.
The cricket action continued on Tuesday, 15th August 2017, featuring the Junior London 6’s Competition from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, followed by the highly anticipated final of the 3rd edition of the Elliott Davis T20 Asia Blaze between Pakistan and Afghanistan at 5:00 PM. The evening wrapped up with a grand presentation ceremony at 8:00 PM at Leyton County Ground, 2 Crawley Rd, London E10 6RJ.
The presence and enthusiasm of supporters added great energy to both events, inspiring the young participants and celebrating the spirit of community cricket.
