A hard working, driven and self-motivated professional with a career that spans across the infrastructure side of IT (platform, cloud, Big Data, AI…) and importantly the business applications (ERP, CRM and BI).
A proven track record of building and leading high performing sales teams for the most recognised, global technology brands but have found the last 3 years of building a business of nearly 70 people within a hypergrowth start-up and a culture of overachievement, totally infectious. Helping this great company go from a few $100m to over $2b has been a challenging but incredible learning experience and I am proud to have been part of it.
At my core, I like building things , fixing things and having fun along the way. Currently I lead our Global Accounts and Systems Integrators business. This includes the 50 largest accounts outside of North America.
One of my fortes is in dealing with particularly large enterprises, complex and high-value engagements – where the implications for customers are at their highest. Often with deals in millions, tens of millions and even hundreds of millions, the stakes are high on both sides. It is high effort – high reward, and in 2019, our team was the most successful in the company and again in the summer of 2020.
Outside of work, I provide non-executive Board Leadership to Capital Kids, a charity that works with underprivileged and sick children in London. This is incredibly rewarding work and I love being part of the team. I also like keeping (fairly) fit and following Cricket and Rugby (mainly for the social).
