ParkFest 25

West Ham Park Cricket Festival

• The event is called ‘ParkFest 25’ and will be held in West Ham Park on Sunday, 13th July, between 1pm and 6 pm.
• You have kindly agreed to deliver an afternoon of children’s cricket coaching.
• We will include this in our publicity and promotional material for the event, possibly using ‘… have a go at cricket with Capital Kids Cricket’
• The coaching will take place on the artificial pitches and the cricket nets will be available as well. Ricky can you arrange for these to be blocked booked for that afternoon please.
• We agreed you would need vehicle access to the Park’s service yard on Upton Lane, with equipment transported to and from the pitches by park staff. This would be before 1.00 and after 6.00pm
